Langworthy Legal Search is a boutique legal staffing firm founded and run by Dana Langworthy O’Leary in San Francisco, California. Prior to founding her company, Dana worked as a Legal Recruiter for three prominent Bay Area staffing firms, starting two of their legal divisions.  She has also been an in-house Recruiter for a well-known national law firm. Born in Colorado and raised in California, Alaska and Texas, Dana received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas. She was named a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International for her significant service to people around the world. Since 1997 Dana has been providing direct hire legal recruiting and placement across the spectrum of her clients’ and candidates’ needs, from San Francisco to Palo Alto to San Jose.

We take a proactive approach to legal recruiting through many methods including referrals, networking and direct head hunting. We keep abreast of the Bay Area legal industry trends and salaries. We also spend much of our time listening to you, building lasting relationships with both our clients and candidates.
