Refer your friend(s) to Langworthy Legal Search by calling us or emailing us. For each friend who interviews with us and who we place in a direct hire position, you’ll receive a $250-$500 bonus.*

Direct hire referral bonuses are paid to you after the referred candidate has been on active payroll for 90 days.
Referral bonuses are taxable income.
Depending on the level of position, bonuses will vary.
Because people may refer the same candidate, or we may already be in contact or working with the referred candidate, Langworthy Legal Search reserves the right to determine if a referral is paid and to whom.
If you move, and do NOT provide your new address, Langworthy Legal Search reserves the right to forfeit your referral bonus, so please keep in touch with us, we want to pay you!
